What began as the Formation Records Group’s groundbreaking album concept in 1998, The World Of Drum & Bass acknowledged the many different countries and cities that have embraced the drum & bass sound. Over that time the project has snowballed into one of the most renowned and respected worldwide Drum & Bass event brands and the longest-running drum & bass tour in the planet. Every year, this series of events attracts more and more people wherever it is presented globally and in 2012, we have the exclusive opportunity to present it as the first and only edition in the Caribbean directly after their yearly blowout in Miami for the annual Winter Music Conference and Ultra weekend. By all accounts, Canadian dubstep / dnb / downtempo pioneers GREENLAW would be considered veterans in the worldwide electronic music community. Since their debut at the world famous Montreal Jazz Festival in the summer of 1999, GREENLAW’s critically acclaimed, eclectic style has taken them around the globe, performing at hundreds of events and sold-out shows all over the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA.
The duo represents a unique brand of dub, soul, and drum & bass infused rhythms, combined with a unique high-energy live performance and visual showcase. GREENLAW has received extensive playtime by some of the most influential people in the Drum & Bass world, including BBC Radio 1 DJs Fabio & Grooverider. Their 2009 hit “After I’m Gone”, included remixes by Nero, DJ SS & Tantrum Desire; helping it stay in the top 5 of the international Download charts for more than four weeks. In 2010, GREENLAW released the powerful and moving “No Less of a Star”, grabbing the attention of industry professionals and listeners worldwide.

One of the UK's finest DJs/Producers, the founder and front-man of Formation Records and a worldwide ambassador of drum & bass music, DJ SS is an original breakbeat pioneer who has made an immense contribution to today's drum & bass sound.
DJ SS has released an enormous list of tracks and used various aliases along his career. His imprint Formation Records and sister labels Reformed and New Identity have released big tunes worldwide from numerous artists including Carl Cox, Grooverider, Shy FX, Ray Keith, Bryan Gee, Frost, Roni Size, Krust, Kenny Ken, Influx Datum, Ratty, Matrix, John B, Mickey Finn, Twisted Individual, Distorted Minds, Generation Dub and Greenlaw; amongst others.
He and his team in Formation have been getting together with the best promoters for years now to bring his event brand “The World of Drum & Bass” to audiences worldwide. This series of events is the longest consecutive D&B tour in the planet. This year’s tour has gone as far as Russia all the way to the legendary World of Drum & Bass Party in Miami and back to exotic locations like Puerto Rico and Brazil. Introduced to a set of decks when he was 5 years old by his step-dad Kenny Ken, Criss started to teach himself to mix at a very early age. At age 11 he joined drum & bass pirate station Kool FM and played his first club set at The End in London thanks to DJ Zinc who requested Crissy to play. From then until now, he has played at major events across the UK, New York, Miami, Toronto, Norway, Switzerland, France, Germany, Russia & more.
Voted "Best BreakThru DJ" at the Drum & Bass Awards 2010, Crissy Criss is at the top of his game. The young British DJ, producer & presenter is one of the few DJs in the world to host his very own 4 hour weekly radio show on the world famous BBC Radio 1. This UK native and world-wide player was brought in to the game by the legendary mixologist Kenny Ken and since early age, has played on stage with Bad Company, Zinc, Mampi Swift, Ray Keith and Andy C, just to name a few. A groundbreaking DJ & inspirational musician, LTJ Bukem has been responsible for launching drum & bass into the world's super clubs. Initially at the forefront of the breakbeat movement in the late 80's, his career would be defined by the reformulation of jazz, funk, soul and ambient into electronic music.
Beside his superb mixing skills, exceptional track selection and flawless production, the front man behind Good Looking Records is simply considered the originator of the atmospheric and intelligent drum n' bass sound. He has worked in numerous releases and multiple collaborations & remixes with the likes of Herbie Hancock, Kosheen, Stevie Wonder & many more. His live “Progression Sessions” documents the emergence of drum & bass on a global scale. Overall, his work is a testament of a one of a kind sound that still spans the globe today.
